Preparation:
- Cut both ends of the bananas then cut them in half.
- Crack an egg into a bowl, beat it, then pour the breadcrumbs into a second bowl.
- Pass each banana cylinder through the beaten egg and then the breadcrumbs and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a deep fryer (or alternatively in a frying pan).
- Once the oil is hot, place the banana fritters in it. Turn them regularly to ensure they cook evenly.
- Once the donuts are golden brown, place them on a plate covered with absorbent paper. Then sweeten them generously.
Enjoy plain or with melted chocolate.
