Standard shipping is free when you spend $49 or more. Shipping for all other orders is $10. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. Should there be a delay for any reason, we will contact you.

We want you to love your Kadalys purchase! If you are not 100% satisfied with your Kadalys purchase, please email us at service@us.kadalys.com within 21 days of your Kadalys purchase and include your name, address, order number and the reason you are unhappy with your purchase. One of our customer services representatives will be happy to help you with a refund or exchange.

Returns & Refunds

You can return or exchange your Kadalys Product(s) purchased from us.kadalys.com or SHOWFIELDS either by mail or, if you live in the New York City area, in person. In-person returns can be made at SHOWFIELDS, which is located at 11 Bond Street in NYC. SHOWFIELDS can process returns for any Kadalys item, regardless of whether it was purchased at SHOWFIELDS or on us.kadalys.com.

To return your Kadalys Product(s) by mail, please email us at service@us.kadalys.com with your name, address, order number, the Product(s) and reason you would like to return it. After we receive your written request, we will respond with further instructions about returning the Product(s) to us. Note, we accept products for returns only if purchased from either us.kadalys.com or SHOWFIELDS and if requests are submitted within 21 days of receiving the order (in its entirety).

Upon receiving the returned Kadalys Product(s) from you, we will process any refund due to you as soon as possible less the cost of shipping. Your refund will be applied via your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges and your cost of returning the Kadalys Product(s) are not refunded. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid. For more information about returns and exchanges, please see our terms of service.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your Kadalys package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at service@us.kadalys.com. We will arrange for our shipping partner to pick up and inspect the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.

If your Kadalys package is missing, please have a look around your property to see if it was tucked away out of sight. Please check around all entrances, including around the garage. You could also check with the people who live with you and ask your neighbors if they didn’t perhaps pick up the package for you.

If the Kadalys package is still not found, we will start a trace with our shipping partner, and take the required follow-up steps. This process takes approximately 3-5 business days. We cannot replace packages until they have been confirmed missing.
