Standard shipping is free with orders $49 or more. Shipping for other orders is $10. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. Should there be a delay for any reason, we will contact you.

We want you to love your Kadalys purchase! If you are not 100% satisfied with your Kadalys purchase, please let us know. We will issue a full refund and cover the return shipping cost for requests made within 30 days of the purchase date.
Returns & Refunds
Note, we accept products for returns only for those items purchased from us.kadalys.com and if requests are submitted within 30 days of receiving the order (in its entirety).
When we receive the returned Kadalys product(s) from you, we will process your refund via your original form of payment. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid. For more information about returns and exchanges, please see our terms of service.
Missing or Damaged Packages
If your Kadalys package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at email@example.com. We will arrange for our shipping partner to pick up and inspect the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
If your Kadalys package is missing, please have a look around your property to see if it was tucked away out of sight. Please check around all entrances, including around the garage. You could also check with the people who live with you and ask your neighbors if they didn’t perhaps pick up the package for you.
If the Kadalys package is still not found, we will start a trace with our shipping partner, and take the required follow-up steps. This process takes approximately 3-5 business days. We cannot replace packages until they have been confirmed missing.
