Preparation :
- Cut the chicken breasts into cubes, then place them in a bowl. Add curry, lemon juice. Add salt and pepper.
- Peel and chop the garlic and onion. Heat the olive oil in a skillet. Brown the onions and garlic then add the chicken and fresh cream.
- Let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, peel and cut the bananas into thick slices. Lemon them so they don't darken. Then add the cut bananas to the pan and simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Pour everything into a dish with rice.
