Banana and Yogurt Popsicle Recipe

  • Glass mixing bowl
  • Wooden or plastic sticks
  • Popsicle Molds


  • 1  banana from Guadeloupe & Martinique
  • tablespoons of orange
  • 1/2 lime
  • 300 g Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons of honey


  1. In a blender, put the coarsely chopped bananas, orange juice and lime juice.
  2. Blend until the mixture is well blended.
  3. In a bowl, mix the yogurt and honey.
  4. In the popsicle molds, alternate layers of yogurt and banana mixture.
  5. Place in the freezer and after one hour, plant your wooden or plastic sticks in the preparation and then put them back in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
  6. Loosen the popsicles from the molds by passing the molds under a little hot water, Store them in the freezer in an airtight box.
