Banana Chocolate Muffin

Materials:

  • 1 oven
  • 1 muffin tin
  • 1 medium bowl
  • 1 fork

Ingredients:

  • bananas from Guadeloupe & Martinique
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g of flour
  • 130 g of sugar
  • 100 g of butter
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 100 g chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Preparation :

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. In a bowl, pour the flour, sugar and baking powder and mix.
  3. Melt the butter.
  4. Mash the bananas with a fork, then stir in the vanilla, melted butter, eggs, chocolate chips and bananas.
  5. Mix everything to obtain a homogeneous paste.
  6. Butter the molds and pour in the mixture.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes in a hot oven.

To be enjoyed warm as a snack, for breakfast or after a light meal.
